One Year On

At some point this month, we reached a full year of weekly wee counselling blogs, so that’s nearly 60 blogs on mental health topics or related areas. Over the year counselling has become very much my focus full time in a number of roles and is an incredibly rewarding experience. I'm very grateful to all of my clients for allowing me to support them on their journey in 2025. Over the next year I’m going to be looking at some professional development and hopefully making some adjustments to hours to allow for a bit more evening availability.
